    For Bithumb, the scope ofusable services differs depending on your level.

    STEP1 : Level 1 (basic level)
      • Deposit service : No restrictions inuse.
      • Withdrawal service : No restrictionsin use.

    STEP2 : Level 2 - 4
      • Can use the withdrawal service.
      • Verification method for each level
       - Level 2 : Submit nonface-to-face verification
       - Level 3 : Fill out pledge form +Submit non face-to-face verification
       - Level 4 : (Individual member) Submitmailed public utility bill that includes the name and address
                (Corporate member) Submitmailed public utility bill that includes the name and corporate address



    ※ Precautions forlevel verification 

    • For corporate members, the passport of the 'representative' is required forpassport submission.
    • As the withdrawal limit is different for each level, please check the appropriatelevel for your needs.
