Bithumb level verification
  •   Do you need level verification?

    For Bithumb, the scope of usable services differs depending on your level.

    STEP1 : Level 1 (basic level)
      • Deposit service : No restrictions in use.
      • Withdrawal service : No restrictions in use.

    STEP2 : Level 2 - 4
      • Can use the withdrawal service.
      • Verification method for each level
       - Level 2 : Submit non face-to-face verification
       - Level 3 : Fill out pledge form + Submit non face-to-face verification
       - Level 4 : (Individual member) Submit mailed public utility bill that includes the name and address
                (Corporate member) Submit mailed public utility bill that includes the name and corporate address


    Precautions for level verification  

    • For corporate members, the passport of the 'representative' is required for passport submission.
    • As the withdrawal limit is different for each level, please check the appropriate level for your needs.
