■ [FAQ] May I lock my account quickly and securely?

When a login attempt has been made through an external source such as your mobile device being hacked,

You may lock your account quickly and securely using the [Lock Account] function.

However, you may only reactivate your account through only our customer service center(24/365) so please do be considerate when making the decision. 

■ How to Use 

-  PC Version : Manage Account > Security Center > Login Information > Click [Lock Account]

-  Mobile Version : Slide Menu > (My Page) Security Center > Login Information > Click [Lock Account]
