① Please enter the account user name and registered phone number
② Please enter the authentication number you received on your Mobile phone. Then you can see your account.
■ Did you forget your login password?
The login password can be reset on the login web page
① Please enter your registered user name and email address.
② Please confirm your identity with mobile authentication (Korean Phone Number only available) to reset your password.
③ If you have an issue with mobile authentication, you can also reset your password through registered email authentication.
■ Would you like to change your login password?
Login password change is possible from ‘Security Center’.
① Enter the current password.
② Set the new password.
③ Complete mobile phone authentication.
④ Enter the security passcode.
It will take 1 to 2 business days after submitting the evidential documents.
Depending on the evidential documents, it may be rejected.
You can sign up via Bithumb app.
If the app is not installed, you will be redirected to the installation page.
